When these plates collide with each other they causes earthquake. Q How can the scientists, architects, the Army, local people and NGO help the flood affected people? Ans. - 1, Scientists – they tried to find out which area have more chances of earthquake and thus alert the people. 2, Architect – they make special designs of the houses that can be less affected by earthquake. 3, Army – they help the affected people by rescuing them and taking them to the medical camp. 4, Local people – they collect food cloths funds blankets for the affected people.
